Packages

The Museum & Cafe offer the following packages for groups of 10 or more:

Monday to Friday

$9 Museum Tour & Morning or Afternoon Tea Package: Includes museum admission, guided tour and morning or afternoon tea (brewed coffee, tea and biscuits)

$17 Museum Tour & Lunch Package: Includes museum admission, guided tour and lunch (sandwiches, brewed coffee, tea and cake).

$20 Museum Tour, Morning or Afternoon Tea & Lunch Package: Includes museum admission, guided tour, morning or afternoon tea and lunch (brewed coffee, tea, biscuits, sandwiches and cake)

Saturday & Sunday

$11 Museum Tour & Morning or Afternoon Tea Package

$21 Museum Tour & Lunch Package

$25 Museum Tour, Morning or Afternoon Tea & Lunch Package

Weekend tours are usually self-guided depending on the availablility of volunteer guides. Please note there is a 25% surcharge on weekends for Museum/Cafe packages.

For tours and/or reflection days for student and staff groups refer to School Visits.

Our 90 minute tours are delivered by experienced trained guides.

When booking, please have two alternative dates ready in case your first preference is unavailable.

The Museum accepts payment by cash, credit card, cheques payable to 'Mary MacKillop Place' or your group may be invoiced. Please organise payment at the Museum Reception upon arrival.

 

Gift Shop & Cafe

We have a wide range of souvenirs, books and memorabilia relating to Mary MacKillop. Coffee, tea, cold drinks, hot food, sandwiches, biscuits, scones and cakes are available for purchase. Free wireless internet connection available.

Accessibility

The Museum, Gift Shop & Cafe are accessible to visitors in wheelchairs.

 

Photography & Filming

Photography and filming are permitted in the Chapel and outside in the grounds of Mary MacKillop Place.

Photography and filming are not permitted within the exhibition areas.

 

Storage

There is limited bag storage available at the Museum Reception.  Large bags cannot be taken into the Museum.  The Museum takes all care but accepts no responsibility for belongings left in the storage area.  We recommend that valuables, eg. money and cameras are carried when visiting the Museum.
