‘The V-Team’

Mary MacKillop Place Museum, Gift Shop & Cafe welcomes and values the contribution of volunteers and recognises the wide range of skills and knowledge they bring with them.

The Museum, Gift Shop & Cafe are supported by a wonderful team of volunteers, known as the ‘V-Team’.  Volunteers assist with Museum guiding for school and adult groups, reception, customer service in the Gift Shop and Cafe and ‘behind the scenes’ (preventative conservation, research and cataloguing) in the Museum. 

All of the volunteers have one thing in common – a commitment and desire to be involved in helping to promote and celebrate the importance of the life, work and spirituality of Blessed Mary MacKillop.
