For three decades, Mary MacKillop Place has welcomed thousands seeking peace and inspiration in North Sydney. This anniversary exhibition revisits some of the milestones, memories, and moments that have shaped our story, from welcoming pilgrims worldwide to celebrating the legacy of the Sisters of Saint Joseph.
Inspired by the Jubilee Year and Pope Francis’ “pilgrimage of hope,” we’re reminded that hope is something we live and share. This exhibition also highlights the ongoing work of Mary MacKillop, where stories of hope and transformation in Timor-Leste and Australia show that hope is very much alive today.
Included in your ticket price is access to a Hope Walk Pilgrimage resource that has been designed to take you through Mary MacKillop Place with a reflection on the theme of ‘Hope’. These are available for collection with your ticket.
Join us on this journey. Walk through the past and be inspired for what’s to come.
