Our spaces
Our venue features 11 multifunctional rooms that can be adapted to suit a variety of events, from small board meetings to large conferences and gala dining. Whether you need a theatre-style auditorium, a boardroom setup, round-table dining, U-shape conference arrangements, café-style seating or a reception space – we’ve got you covered.
Several rooms are fully accessible, and all rooms are equipped with modern audio-visual technology to ensure a seamless experience.
With multiple heritage listed venues as well as places for quiet reflection, we also offer vibrant gathering places for all occasions including community events hosted within the beautiful gardens and on our large, manicured lawn, the Glen Roy Green, which holds up to 1000 seated guests.

Our largest event space, the Isabel Menton Auditorium, is perfect for major events, meetings, and performances.
The Auditorium boasts tiered seating or it can be reconfigured for banquet-style dining. This space includes a dedicated foyer, restroom facilities, and cutting-edge AV equipment, including a projector, screen, PA system, and audio/visual bio box to ensure seamless, professional, large-scale event delivery.

Flora is a completely private meeting room located on an upper level of the Mary MacKillop Place Museum, bathed in natural light through windows lining both sides of the space.
Suitable for smaller meetings, Flora has its own kitchenette and bathroom and an in-built projector, camera and screen.

Branagan
Nestled on the upper level of the historic School House, Branagan is a charming and intimate space perfect for smaller meetings or breakout sessions. Boasting high ceilings, exposed beams, and bathed in natural light, this room combines heritage elegance with modern functionality.

D’Arcy
Located alongside Branagan, D’Arcy is another intimate, light-filled space. Ideal for small meetings or workshops, it features a built-in projector and screen. Together with Branagan, it offers flexibility for breakout sessions or smaller group work.
Located on the upper level of the School House, D’Arcy is on the same level as two other small meeting rooms, allowing for a series of independent or breakout meeting spaces conveniently located near the Isabel Menton Auditorium.
Each feature natural light with an in-built projector, camera and screen.
The smaller O’Donohue room also sits amongst these spaces, allowing for a breakout session, or is most often used for catering breaks.

O’Donohue
O’Donohue is a dedicated catering breakout area adjoining the Branagan and D’Arcy rooms. It can only be booked as an additional space when hiring either the Branagan or D’Arcy rooms.

There are many outdoor spaces throughout Mary MacKillop Place suitable for catering breaks, drinks, celebrations, community gatherings and other event executions as well as peaceful and private reflection spaces for individuals to embrace quiet, peace and calm.

From the vast Glen Roy Green that sits immediately outside Anderledy, to various areas throughout the site framed by historically significant buildings, we will work with you to deliver your event vision.
Chapel
Mary MacKillop Memorial Chapel
The Chapel is available for private bookings including baptisms, weddings, youth ministries, prayer nights, vigils, reflections, retreats, pilgrimages and liturgies.
As a Catholic sacred site, conditions do apply. All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
