Cancellation policy

On arrival
- When you arrive, please wait at the Museum Reception. A staff member will greet your group and direct you to the appropriate area to begin your museum visit.
During your visit
- We ask that you are mindful of other guests during your visit. To ensure the preservation of the artifacts on display, we ask that no food or drink is consumed in the Museum galleries.
- We have a number of recess and lunch areas available for your group to enjoy while on site. For outdoor activities, our Glen Roy Green offers a large, grassed area. If you would like to make use of these spaces during your visit, please make note when you book.
Use of the Memorial Chapel
The Mary MacKillop Memorial Chapel is available for Mass, private prayer, or teacher-led liturgies upon request.
Students are welcome to attend our scheduled Masses at the following times:
If you wish to host a Mass outside of the scheduled Mass times, you will be required to provide your own priest. Private masses must be booked via email.
In keeping with the policy related to the ministries of the Sisters of St Joseph and the Australian Catholic Bishops’ Conference, all clergy celebrating sacraments in the Chapel must meet the requirements set by the Office of Children’s Guardian and the Church’s internal process of Towards Healing.
While there is no charge for using the Chapel, a donation to support its upkeep would be greatly appreciated.
