Lift and Ramp Access

Our main buildings are equipped with lifts and ramps to facilitate easy movement across different areas on our site. This includes ramp access into the Museum, several conference rooms, the gardens, parking, café and chapel.

Accessible Toilets

Our facilities include accessible toilets designed to accommodate individuals with mobility challenges, ensuring comfort and convenience.

Access to accommodation facilities and guest rooms

Our accommodation is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring wide hallways, lift access to all levels, and convenient access to the car park with designated parking available. Additionally, we offer a number of wheelchair-accessible rooms to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

Access to conference venues

We offer several fully accessible conference spaces to accommodate individuals with mobility limitations and all downstairs conference facilities are fully accessible.

Guests are encouraged to discuss their specific accessibility needs with us in advance so we can explore suitable arrangements as there are a number of upstairs spaces that are not accessible.

Digital accessibility

Our website is designed to be user-friendly and accessible to individuals with visual and hearing impairments. We ensure proper meta-tagging and are have integrated additional features to enhance readability and navigation. We are committed to continuous improvement and welcome feedback to better serve all users.
