The Mary MacKillop Place Museum occupies a unique heritage space and is comprised of multiple gallery areas spread across four buildings. There are three permanent exhibition galleries. The museum also includes an 1855 house museum, Alma Cottage. This early property of Mary MacKillop and the Sisters is furnished with respect to an austere Victorian interior fitting the Congregation.
